QUALITY ASSURANCE and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We guarantee that our tyres - thousands of used tyres in stock - meet our high standards. Though we do not know the history and usage conditions of our tyres, our quality assurance policy includes repeat tests.

When a tyre is added to inventory, we check for apparent damage, measure the tread, and test air pressure to ensure good quality. Some of our tyres have been satisfactorily repaired (safe spots only) by specially trained technicians using industry-approved methods. We do not sell tyres with sidewall repairs or sidewall plugs.

When a tyre is sold, our technicians repeat air tests before tyres are packaged for shipping or installed on-site. By monitoring the amount of air pressure over time, we can ensure there are no slow leaks or bubbles. Every single tyre is tested with air before it leaves our warehouse.

The reputation and success of our business is built on selling quality products and serving our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then our returns policy  includes a full refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase.
